The game is the same as the Essential Edition, but it features enhancements that make it even more engaging and visually appealing. The Ryozen Deluxe Kickstarter Edition, compared to the Essential Edition, stands out thanks to several upgraded and exclusive components. The box features a UV spot varnish finish, while some elements inside—such as the Coin, Scroll, and Lantern tiles— are replaced with realistic plastic resources. The Herald, Pioneer, and Favor tiles are replaced with custom shaped screen-printed wooden tokens.
